Where does LISA YANG ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping via premium carriers. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all LISA YANG tags still attached.

How should I care for my cashmere garments?

To maintain the longevity of your pieces, we recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with a pH-neutral detergent or professional dry cleaning. Always dry flat and never hang your knitwear.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

For orders within the EU, VAT is included. For international orders outside the EU, duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs office upon arrival.
